1. Purpose
This SOP provides standardized operational guidance for authorized users of the Affiliate Manager module. It explains how affiliates manage organizations, doctors, patients, pharmacies, prescriptions, financial accounts, and office dispensing activities through a centralized interface.
2. Scope
- Manage affiliated organizations and their linked doctors.
- Track referred patients, prescriptions, and pharmacy orders.
- Review commissions, account values, and payment activities.
- Manage forms, agreements, and affiliate profile settings.
- Place and manage office dispensing orders.

4. Standard Procedures
4.1 Manage organizations and referrals
- Navigate to Organizations.
- Search or filter organizations as required.
- Use action options to view linked doctors, patients, prescriptions, or orders.
4.2 Manage doctors and related activity
- Open the Doctors section.
- Search or filter doctors by specialty or referral code.
- Use available actions to review associated patients, prescriptions, appointments, availability, and orders.
4.3 Monitor patients and pharmacies
- Open the Patients or Pharmacy section.
- Review linked records and inventory availability.
- Use filters for quick access to required data.
4.4 Use office dispensing
- Navigate to Office Dispensing.
- Review available medicines, pricing, categories, and inventory.
- Add required medicines to the cart with required quantities.
- Confirm quantities and review the pricing summary.
- Select payment mode and proceed to checkout.
- Confirm dispensing intent and place the order.
4.5 Handle accounts and commissions
- Navigate to Accounts.
- Review paid, unpaid, and commission amounts.
- Access detailed order and prescription breakdowns as needed.
4.6 Manage profile and settings
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Update contact, organization, or company details as required.
- Save changes and log out securely when finished.
5. Best Practices
- Keep organization, doctor, and pharmacy records current.
- Review inventory availability before placing office dispensing orders.
- Audit commissions and financial summaries on a regular schedule.
- Use search and filters for efficient data handling.
- Download and archive forms and reports periodically.
6. Security and Compliance
- Restrict access to authorized affiliate and admin users only.
- Do not share login credentials, referral codes, or financial data externally.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, doctor, and order information.
- Review audit logs regularly for compliance and traceability.
- Follow applicable healthcare data privacy regulations.
Referral codes and financial summaries are sensitive records; handle them under the
same confidentiality standards as patient and order data.
